Data collection information under Article 13 of the GDPR

HolaCuba collects your data for the purpose of contract execution, to fulfill its contractual and pre-contractual obligations. Your data will not be used for direct mail campaigns.

Data collection and processing is required for the performance of the contract and is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 b) GDPR. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their processing, at the latest 3 years after the reservation request.

Requests you send via contact form or email will not be saved.

You have the right to request information about the data stored about us and in case of incorrectness to require the data correction or, in case of improper data storage, the deletion of the data.

You must obtain the information or the cancellation request from the same e-mail address with which you send off your reservation request. Only in this way can we guarantee that the information would only be received by the entitled person.

You can reach us at dataprotection@holacuba.de - always by using the same email address, with the you have sent the reservation request.

You also have a right of appeal to the supervisory authority.

HolaCuba ™ policy on responding to law enforcement requests

HolaCuba ™ is committed to assisting law enforcement while respecting the privacy and rights of its users. To obtain non-public user information, law enforcement must provide the appropriate legal documents such as a court order, subpoena or warrant.

However, we would not provide information to law enforcement agencies from countries, where the rights of an individual cannot be guaranteed. Requests from the following countries will be denied:

• Afghanistan
• Libya
• Iraq
• Republic of Logone
• Sudan
• United States of America
