The location near the main road, the street is not the cleanest, but we had
nicely furnished two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small terrace for our disposal.
Cleanliness of the accommodation is flawless. Delicious breakfasts served on another terrace.
Hosts very nice, Madelvis speaks little English, so communication was not a problem. Recommended!
Polecamy!

We have stayed in your house in February 2016 for 6 days.
We were received very warmly and loving care.
Very friendly owner and the employees, the food was delicious, the Casa clean and bright. It is very convenient
you can walk in 15 min. into the city and also in the same time to the outskirts of the town. Thanks again for the great time.

The best place for us in Cuba was undoubtedly Trinidad - last but not least also because of
the hospitality were of Madelvys, Ariel and her house help who washed our laundry for us and just as sweet as sugar.
We can speak only in superlatives of our hosts!
The food was phenomenal: The huge table has bent itself out of sheer plates, bowls and plates. The huge fish,
the Ariel has prepared us, deserves at least three hoods!
We will definitely be back!

Hello, We stayed as a family in Casa Sole in Trinidad in December 2013.
That was our absolute highlight! After 10 continuous journey we arrived completely exhausted.
But we were veryfriendly welcomed and fealt great. Unfortunately
we stayed too short there!! Everything is perfect there. Genial Ariel's cooking skills!
A really nice place to relax. We also hope to come back again sometime.

Cycling tours in Cuba are becoming increasingly popular. Trinidad is located south-east of
Sierra Escambey mountains only about 10 Km from the Caribbean Sea. There are some interesting tours for cyclists.
One can leisurely start a ride to Playa Ancon, a gorgeous sandy beach,
or enjoy a cooling bath in fresh waters of Salto Javira.
Who likes to ride in the mountains can cycle or push to Topes de Colantes (771m.ü.M.).
A mountain pass with steep inclines leads up there.
Lush vegetation and tropical forests impress the traveler.

We were in November 2013 guests of Madelvys and Ariel.
We liked it all: the Casa, the food, the hosts.
THANK YOU

We have been 1 week in this nice casa end of January 2013, This is really a place we can recommend.
The family makes you feel welcome. The food was very excellent. Very good place, not in the middle of the touristic boom
but very near to the center. There you can live Cuba. Very nice rooms and also the roof of the house were you can enjoy the sunset.
Outside breakfast and dinner. Both delicious. You must try the dinner! 5 km of the beach of Anchon you will find good places
for snorkeling. Very great. And Trinidad is also a great place for enjoying holidays. Relaxed and Cuba live.
You have to go there. Next time in Cuba we will certainly go again to this casa.

We, four retired persons from Italy and Switzerland have stayed at Casa "Solas" for four nights.
We've always been surprised by the helpfulness, and above all we were spoiled with generous meals.
The entrance to our room was separated from the rest of the house.
There was plenty of space inside the building to hang out or to read something.

Casa Sola in Trinidad: we have stayed 10 days at Maldevys and Ariel as guests in their beautiful, cozy house.
We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner there very much. It was all cooked fresh and with love.
Maldevys and Ariel have around taking care of us. We had our bikes there and were picked up at the bus station by Ariel with his racing bike.
Since Thomas was permitted to drive Ariel's tractor (2 oxes) through the field, we all wanted to become peasants ;-)
Totally lovely people and a totally beautiful town. We could completely forget the stress of everyday life.
We are as new man now. Small tip: organize your trip to stay longer in one place rather than a quick tour.
You'll land safely into the spell of good people

I have stayed for 2 weeks in May 2012 with Ariel and Maldevys. This is really the best Casa I have experienced
on my trip. I was warmly welcomed into the family. The accommodation is clean,
really beautiful with three different balconies you can use. You can withdraw into your accommodation but also
participate in the family life. On one weekend I have gone with the family
down to the beach and also had a look on the finca of Ariel from a rental bike. I also took dance classes at the Casa,
which was very good (I'm dancing 3 years already and I could still
learn a lot). Upon request even Spanish lessons are taught. The food was always good and verified.
I can really tell good things only. The Casa is a dream and the family veeeeery nice. I will come again.
About Trinidad: I've fallen in love with this city ... sweet, small, magical ... very nice people, close to a dream
Surrounding areas such as the mountains with its waterfalls. Every day a tourist bus rides for 2 CUC dream beach Ancon,
where you can relax very well. The Casa de la Musica on the stairs to the Plaza Mayor invites every night to dancing.
This city must be seen!

I'm back to the cold Germany. I was a long time guest of Dr. Madelvis
and Ariel in Trinidad. I was warmly welcomed by the family and have worked with
Ariel on a lot of things: biking, horseback riding, scuba diving and much more.
I have also taken Spanish and salsa lessons at Casa Sola, trained by qualified
" profesoras ".
The lobster and fish dishes, prepared in the Casa were always a
great delight for me. I will visit Madelvis and Ariel again next year.
I can recommend the Casa Sola, .

Hello to Trinidad de Cuba!
We were guests at Casa Sola "Las Terrazas" from Dec.31st to Jan.4th 2012 hosted by Madelvys and Ariel
and it was really wonderful! Beautiful rooms and great garden / terrace. The food was terrific -
New Year's Eve they gave us a delicious barbecue pork served with Mmmmhhh ...
Katy has always amused us with Spanish phrases. The Casa is actually for a friend, it was
one of the best where we could stay on our trip. Cuba was awesome, like we were still there!
Thank you + love greetings to Madelvys, Ariel, Katy, and Gerhard, our neighbors :-))

I stayed 4 weeks at the Casa Sola and can recommend this house without reservations.
The food is absolutely delicious and Madelvis & Ariel are incredibly congenial and helpful.
One is is integrated directly into the family and thus experiences Cuba firsthand. Thank you

We were at Casa Sola, Trinidad from Oct. 28th. to Nov. 4th 2010 and loved it.
Starting from the very friendly reception, the rooms with the super-Terraces,
the rich and really delicious food and the beautiful surroundings.
Actually, the time was too short. Therefore, we will definitely come again.
Thank you Madelvys and Ariel. Armin und Birgit (Oktober 2010)

Sehr freundlich.

How do I get to Trinidad? Rental car is the reccomended
option, but bus transport companies (ASTRO or VIAZUL) do a gret job, too.
You won't regret this trip. Cuba is much more then just Havana |
